Virtual volunteers are needed 1 hour a week to help students learn to read. The time is completely flexible. Volunteers choose a day & time that works for them including Saturdays. 

Urban Hope is committed to eradicating illiteracy in low-income communities. Urban Hope has facilitated a literacy initiative which has changed the life trajectory of over 300 elementary school students...simply by helping them to read!

Virtual tutors help kids from P.S. 68 in Staten Island with their homework. No special skills are needed, and lots of support is provided to set tutors up for success! The time commitment will be minimal, the rewards - incalculable.
