Volunteers will welcome families to the event, inform them on the flow of the day, and help direct them to the shopping area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in pre-RSVP families upon arrival. • Distribute name tags and assign each family their unique family number (used for toy shopping and gift distribution).

• Provide brief orientation on the event flow. Escort families from the entrance to their designated areas (food, crafts, shopping).

• Provide gentle crowd direction and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
