The Open Door empowers immigrants to reach their full God-given potential to successfully integrate, participate, and contribute to the well-being of our society.

Join The Open Door on Monday, May 6 from 7-8:30pm for Conversation Night.

• You’ll help our students practice their English conversation skills while getting to know them and learning more about The Open Door volunteer experience.
• Conversation questions will be provided and you will be assigned to a small group of students.
• In the past, these events have not only been helpful for our English language students in practicing their conversation skills, but also in cultivating great friendships within our Open Door "familia" between students and volunteers.
• Friendships foster the confidence and support that our students need throughout their English language learning journey.

No Spanish language required.

Volunteers who are 18+ are preferred. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
