Virtual Fall Benefit: The Four Biggest Moments

On Thursday, October 22, we hosted our annual Fall Benefit as a virtual experience!

Our evening was dedicated to the restoration and stabilization of our affiliates, plus their ongoing work of biblical mercy and justice in New York City. Here are the four big highlights of our evening:

Virtual Volunteering: More Beautiful Letters for Isaiah 58

Our volunteers continue to connect with virtual opportunities like sending notes of love and encouragement to residents of Isaiah 58. Since June, more volunteers have continued showcasing their creativity by sending handmade letters and art to the immunocompromised residents. See the latest below!

COVID-19 Stories of Hope: Empowering Our Immigrant Neighbors

Our melting pot country is founded on immigrants from England who emigrated to a new world in pursuit of a life of freedom. Through the years, as more immigrants from various countries have come to America, they have helped shape and form our cities and states, and become an essential part of our economy.

COVID-19 Stories of Hope: Seeing the Incarcerated

During the month of May, our Prayer Guide focuses on the currently and formerly incarcerated incarcerated, including adults and youth. As COVID-19 concerns has increased, the prison and juvenile detention systems in the U.S. have been faced with the overwhelming challenge of trying to isolate inmates and youth from each other, not just outside visitors.
