About the event: On December 15th, Graffiti Community Ministries is holding our annual Community Christmas Party!

• Each year, this event is incredibly meaningful to our families, many of whom lack a community of support in their day-to-day life.
• We also utilize this event to pray with families, share the Gospel and grow new and existing relationships with our community members.
• For guests, doors open at 5:30 and close at 6:30. The party ends at 7:30 pm.

Volunteers will serve in shifts in the following roles.

Shift from 3-5pm: Pre-Party Prep

• Finalizing last minute decor, cleaning, sanitizing, space prep, snacks, gifts, marking zones, posting signs, assisting with refreshments.

Shift from 5pm-7pm: Greeters

• Greeter/mask and hand sanitizer distribution. Welcome guests as they come in, keep count, give wristbands, offer masks, ensure hand sanitizing upon entry, direct group to space.

Shift from 5:05pm-7:05pm: Activity Assistant

• Assist leader with activities, refreshments, group games, gift distribution and pictures with Santa.

Shift from 6:30 to 8:30pm: Clean up crew

• Sweep, wipe down, sanitize, rearrange chairs in spaces, clear out rooms, throw out trash, prepare space for Sunday service.

Qualifications:

• Accompanying children must be 9+ and remain with an adult the entire time.
• No training is required for this event.
