Operation Exodus launches NYC Latino Youth to college and lives of excellence through educational opportunities and transformational relationships.

We are excited to share two new volunteer opportunities to help students succeed in school and develop their skills.

• Reading Buddies: On Mondays through Thursdays, from 4-6 pm, volunteers will support students from K--3rd grade in gaining reading skills. Volunteers work one-on-one with students!
• Math Navigators: On Mondays through Thursdays, from 4-6 pm, volunteers will help lead group tutoring for students in 1st-5th grades who need help with math.

Volunteer can serve once a week, or multiple times during the week, based on their availability. 

Process: Volunteers will go through a screening process before their first day of serving.
